PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphite composite film in which the amount used of an adhesive material for fixing an adherend or a protective material for maintaining electrical insulation properties or the like is reduced.SOLUTION: There is provided a graphite composite film in which a protective layer is formed on a side of one main surface of a graphite film and a release sheet is formed on a side of the other main surface of the graphite film. The protective layer is a structure having an adhesive material or a binding material on one surface of a substrate film and the other main surface of the graphite film is directly contacted with the release sheet or has a second protective layer or a heat conductive layer. Further, the second protective layer and the heat conductive layer are directly contacted with the release sheet and has a protruded part which is protruded from the graphite film and the release sheet is bonded to the protective layer at the protruded part. |
