PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant constraint device capable of reducing an injury value imparted to an occupant at an impact generated by a collision of a vehicle without reducing wearability in normal traveling.SOLUTION: An occupant constraint device 10 can constrain an occupant M seating on a vehicle seat 130. The occupant constraint device includes a belt-shaped first webbing 29 and a second webbing 39 which are disposed to overlap with each other in the normal traveling of a vehicle 100, and constrain the occupant, and a transfer means capable of transferring the second webbing 39 in a short direction of a band surface of the first webbing 29. |
