PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode which has small electrode resistance and is suitably used as an electrode for a liquid passing type capacitor.SOLUTION: The electrode has a porous electrode layer and an ion exchange layer, which are formed on a collector layer. An ion exchanger (A) contained in the ion exchange layer contains a copolymer comprising a vinyl alcohol monomer (A-1) and an ion-exchange monomer (A-2). In addition, the ion exchange layer contains a nonionic antifoam agent (C), and the porous electrode layer contains a carbon material. |
