PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pathological diagnosis report system and a pathological diagnosis report method capable of reporting pathological diagnosis results to medical institutions promptly with high security ensured.SOLUTION: There is provided a pathological diagnosis report system which comprises: storage means 12 that stores a first identification symbol 8 and a second identification symbol 10 indicating a pathological specimen; request form preparation means 6 that prepares a request form which, as an attachment to the pathological specimen for a pathological diagnosis request, contains something to be inspected, the first identification symbol and the second identification symbol; reading means 16 that reads a print diagnosis report in which non-encryption information including the first identification symbol and encryption information made from the encryption of information including diagnosis results with the use of the second identification symbol as an encryption key are described; read-out means 4 that reads the second identification symbol of the pathological specimen to which the first identification symbol read by the reading means 16 is attached from the storage means 12; decryption means 4 that decrypts the encryption information with the use of the second identification symbol 10 read by the read-out means 4. |
