PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an aqueous solution including a fragrance and coloring matter of a natural flower with a simple method by extraction.SOLUTION: The petal is immersed in a saline solution of ≥10% (W/V) for a night or longer. Afterwards, the fragrance is extracted from the petal to the saline solution, and a saline solution with the fragrance of the flower is obtained by separating the petal from the saline solution. Moreover, by immersing the petal in the saline solution of ≥10% (W/V) and separating the petal and the saline solution, the coloring matter is made clear by freezing the saline solution, and an accumulated coloring matter is obtained by defrosting the saline solution. |
