PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health drink which contains functional components such as gallate-type catechin, collagen and water-insoluble functional components, with reduced unpleasant taste and unpleasant odor derived therefrom, and has a stable appearance without causing separation or deposition.SOLUTION: The functional drink includes: gallate-type catechin (a); collagen (b); soybean polysaccharide (c); and a water-insoluble functional component (d). The respective contents [A], [B] and [C] (unit: wt%) of (a), (b) and (c) satisfy the following expressions: i) 0.02≤[A]≤0.5; ii) 3.0≤([B]/[A])≤20.0; iii) ([C]/[A])≥1.0; and iv) 0.0001≤[D]≤0.6. |
