PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solenoid valve whose self-excited vibration attributable to air bubbles can be suppressed.SOLUTION: A solenoid valve A includes a rod 11 and a plunger 12 which are housed in a hosing 20. Inside the housing 20, a spring chamber 22 for housing a valve chest 21 and a spring 13 is formed by the plunger 12, and inside the valve chest 21, a damper chamber 40 is formed. The damper chamber 40 is comprised of a liquid chamber 40a formed by partitioning the damper chamber 40 by the plunger 12 and an annular part 41, and a communication passage formed by the inner peripheral surface of the annular part 41 and the outer peripheral surface of the rod 11. With the axial-direction movement of the plunger 12 and the rod 11 caused by the energizing force of the spring 13, the volume of the liquid chamber 40a is reduced to one-third of the maximum volume to discharge air bubbles contained in hydraulic fluid into the valve chest 21 via the communication passage. Thereby, air bubbles in the damper chamber 40 can be efficiently and securely discharged. |
