A cross-domain path processing method and apparatus, after acquiring links between child PCEs, a father PCE separates domain sequences according to a source domain and a destination domain; and the father PCE collects sub-domain path computation results, and computes a working path and a protection path between the source domain and the destination domain in combination with inter-domain links and related strategies.
