PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion filter 10 used in an electronic amplifier 100.SOLUTION: An ion filter includes: an insulating base material 11 including a plurality of through holes formed therein; a first conductive layer pattern 12 formed on one main surface of the insulating base material; and a second conductive layer pattern 13 formed on the other main surface of the insulating base material. A side of the one main surface of the insulating base material is arranged on the upstream side in a movement direction of electrons in an electron amplifier, a side of the other main surface of the insulating base material is arranged on the downstream side in a movement direction of electrons in the electron amplifier, and the line width of the first conductive layer pattern 12 is shorter than the line width of the second conductive layer pattern 13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2C |
