PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner that contains a crystalline resin as a main component of a binder resin, has excellent low-temperature fixability and heat-resistant storability, solves insufficiency of stress resistance of the toner (rubbing resistance of a toner output image, and occurrence of roller trace of a paper ejection roller), and further has good cleanability.SOLUTION: A toner contains at least a binder resin, colorant, and a mold release agent. The toner contains a crystalline resin having a urethane bond and/or a urea bond as the binder resin; the crystalline resin accounts for 50 mass% or more of the binder resin; the mold release agent has the maximum peak temperature Tm(°C) of heat of fusion measured by DSC of 58 to 75°C; and the toner has an average circularity X given by the following (a formula 1) of 0.955 to 0.985.
