PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ECL output circuit that has a flat temperature characteristic of an output voltage and a small manufacturing variation in an output level.SOLUTION: First bipolar transistors B4, B5 are connected so as to form current paths between junctions of outputs of a differential amplification circuit 1 and bases of emitter followers E1, E2 and a power terminal. A first circuit 4 of a current generation circuit has a second bipolar transistor B6 and a resistor R3 connected in series between high potential and low potential sources in this order, and generates a current with a positive temperature characteristic. A first current mirror circuit 3 causes a current I1 depending on the current by the current generation circuit through the transistors B4, B5 and controls base currents thereof. The gradient of the temperature characteristic is changed by a changing number M of transistors of a third current mirror circuit 7. A current with no temperature characteristic by a second circuit 8 is added to the current by the first circuit 4 to adjust an output level. |
