The invention provides a base plate conveying device and method, a part installing device and a base plate manufacturing mehtod. The basic conveying device comprises: a fisrt guide rail for conveying a first base plate on the first direction; a second guide rail which is arranged parallel to the first guide rail on the second direction vertical tot he first direction for conveying the second base plate on the first direction; a first elevating unit. The first elevating unit comprises a first elevating part which can move along the third direction vertical to the first and the second direction, and arranged below the first position of the first guide rail of the elevating position of the first base plate; a second elevating unit which comprises the second elevating part, wherein, the second elevating part can move along the third direction, and is arranged parallel to the first elevating part on the first direction and below the second position of the second guide rail on the elevating positon of the second base plate. |
