PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert molding method in which an insert component is held by plural support pins, and molten resin is flown into a mold cavity using an injection molder, and then the molten resin is cooled and solidified for integrating it with the insert component, capable of acquiring an insert molding product having no opening generated by the support pins.SOLUTION: A resin spacer of the invention is a resin spacer for holding the insert component during insert molding, and comprises: a body part; and a rib part which is a thin part disposed over whole circumference of the body part. The rib part is formed of resin whose kind is same to that of molding resin or resin having compatibility to molding resin used for insert molding, and at least part of the rib is integrated with the molding resin by melting an outermost circumference. |
