PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid conveyance tube, in which processing of the tip part and adjustment of the length of the tube and the like are not required and attachment work becomes easy, and which is replaceable in a short period of time without requiring a skill.SOLUTION: A high-speed countercurrent chromatograph apparatus comprises: one or plural coil tube drums 4a, 4b, 4c having planetary gears 42a, 42b, 42c, respectively; a first liquid conveyance port 6 on the side of a central shaft 2 having a fixed gear 40 associated with the planetary gears of the coil tube drums; and a second liquid conveyance port 7 provided on a revolution shaft 30 of the planetary gears. A liquid conveyance tube 10, for conveying liquid between the coil tube drums and the first liquid conveyance port 6 and between the coil tube drums and the second liquid conveyance port 7, of the high-speed countercurrent chromatograph apparatus is configured as a cartridge type tube. |
