PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized and low-cost beverage extraction apparatus capable of extracting beverage with stable quality in a short period of time.SOLUTION: A premixing device 21 that receives a raw material and hot water and stirs and mixes them preliminarily, supplies a raw-material mixed body from an upper-face opening 22a of a cylinder 22. The premixing device is formed into a cylindrical shape with closed both end faces, and a cylindrical body 21a has an opening 21b that receives the raw material and discharges the raw-material mixed body to the cylinder 22. When the raw-material mixed body generated by the premixing device 21 is supplied to the cylinder 22, the opening 21b of the premixing device 21 is disposed on the upper face and the material is received therein 21 from the opening 21b. After that, the premixing device 21 is rotated to dispose the opening 21b on the lower face. Hot water is jetted from a hot water nozzle 21e onto the received material, and the raw-material mixed boy that has been preliminarily stirred and mixed is supplied from the opening 21b to the cylinder 22. |
