PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a streaky image defect from being generated at the beginning of use.SOLUTION: An image forming device includes: an electrophotographic photoreceptor 7 including a fluorine resin particle and fluoroalkyl group-containing copolymer in an outermost surface layer; a charging device 8 for charging the electrophotographic photoreceptor 7; latent image forming means (exposure device 9) for forming an electrostatic latent image on the surface of the charged electrophotographic photoreceptor 7; a developing device 11 which develops the electrostatic latent image formed on the surface of the electrophotographic photoreceptor 7 with developer containing toner, to form a toner image; a transfer device 40 for transferring the toner image formed on the surface of the electrophotographic photoreceptor 7 to a recording medium; and cleaning means having a cleaning member 133 configured to form a portion in contact with the electrophotographic photoreceptor 7 with melamine resin foam. |
