PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption required for securing security.SOLUTION: A list terminal device 1 which can be worn around a user's wrist, comprises: sensors 34 which can be used for determining whether the list terminal device 1 is worn on a user's body; and a CPU 38 which executes monitoring operation for determining whether the list terminal device 1 is worn on a user's body, and also sets the list terminal device 1 in unlocked state or locked state. The CPU 38 executes the monitoring operation when the list terminal device 1 is set in the unlocked state, and when none of the sensors 34 is set in an operating state, executes the monitoring operation by operating an acceleration sensor 34a which operates by the minimum power consumption. |
