[Problem] To prevent an inspector from overlooking an image when the inspector visually inspects the displayed image that was determined to be defective by an automatic inspection device. [Solution] A visual inspection device (3), with which an inspector visually inspects whether or not a printed circuit board (5) is defective on the basis of the image of the printed circuit board (5) that was determined to be defective by an automatic inspection device (2), comprises a defective image display means (32) for reading out the image of the printed circuit board (5) that was determined to be defective by the automatic inspection device and displaying the image on a display (4), and an eye position identification means (33) for identifying the position of inspector's eye (G) on the display (4) when the inspector visually inspects a defective image displayed on the display (4). A result of visual inspection for determining whether or not the image is defective is stored under the condition that the inspector's eye is positioned in a defective image region (44). At this point, the result of visual inspection can be input in accordance with the number of defective points included in the defective image, the number of movements of eye between the defective image and a reference image that is provided adjacent to the defective image, and so forth. |
