PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle body structure that can prevent occurrence of a gap at a parting between a lateral panel and a bumper and further prevent positional displacement during attachment of a bumper holder, which is an attachment member for connecting the panel and the bumper, to the lateral panel.SOLUTION: The vehicle body structure comprises: a lateral panel (a fender panel 110); a bumper (a front bumper 120); and a bumper holder 130. The lateral panel has: a nearly L-shaped edge 112; a lateral panel side flange (a fender side upper flange 114a); and an extended seat surface portion 116 as an attachment seat surface for the bumper holder. The bumper has a bumper side flange 122. The bumper holder has: an attached portion 132; an extending portion 134 extending to the vicinity of an upper end of the edge; and a holding portion 136 that is provided on a tip of the extending portion and holds the lateral panel side flange and the bumper side flange in between from inside in the vehicle width direction. |
