It is intended to provide an extraction liquid to be used to extract a residual veterinary drug in a livestock or aquatic product. The extraction liquid of the invention comprises a buffer with a pH of 8 to 10, preferably 8.5 to 9.5, and is an extraction liquid which can extract a plurality of veterinary drugs simultaneously. In particular, it is preferably used in the case where the residual veterinary drug is an aminoglycoside antibiotic. With the extraction liquid of the invention, a plurality of veterinary drugs can be extracted simultaneously and efficiently without impairing the stability thereof and acceleration and simplification of an assay of a residual veterinary drug in a livestock or aquatic product can be achieved. |
