PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray tube device capable of increasing X-ray output by suppressing undesired deflection of an electron beam for the target surface, regardless of high voltage application system for the X-ray tube, and capable of suppressing direct hit of rebound electrons on an X-ray radiation window.SOLUTION: An X-ray tube device 10 includes an X-ray tube 30, and a magnetic deflection unit 110. The X-ray tube 30 includes a cathode 36, an anode target 35 having a target surface 35b and on which a positive high voltage is applied, and a vacuum envelope 31. The magnetic deflection unit 110 makes a magnetic field Ha in a space near the surface of the anode target 35. A first direction d1, a second direction d2 and a third direction d3 are directions along a first plane S1. The first direction d1 is directed toward the anode target 35, and perpendicular to the third direction d3. 0°<α≤40°. |
