PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information protection label capable of easily making information on a label printed by a label printer illegible.SOLUTION: An information protection label 1 includes a long belt-like peeling base sheet 2 on which an intermediate label 3 and a surface layer label 4 are laminated in this order, and capable of being printed by a label printer. Half-cut parts 13 are applied to a label base 10 in the surface layer label 4. The surface layer label 4 is formed into a sea-island structure composed of a plurality of independent areas 14 partitioned off by the half-cut parts 13, and net-like areas 15 connected each other out of the independent areas 14. An arrangement direction of the independent areas 14 is non-parallel to a print direction T and a width direction of the information protection label 1 and a continuing direction of the net-like areas 15 is also non-parallel to the print direction T and the width direction of the information protection label 1. In the surface layer label 4, only the net-like areas 15 can be peeled from the intermediate label 3. |
