PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder composition for an electrode, capable of manufacturing an electrode excellent in adhesion and also excellent in charging and discharging rate properties and cycle characteristics.SOLUTION: The binder composition for an electrode contains a polymer (A), a silicone compound (B), and a liquid medium (C), wherein the polymer (A) is fluorine-containing polymer particles having a recurring unit (Ma) derived from a fluorine-containing ethylene based monomer and a recurring unit (Mb) derived from an unsaturated carboxylic ester. |
