A deburring tool (1) processes a workpiece by rotating a knife, and includes a cylindrical handle (1) mounted on a main shaft device of a machine tool and rotates and a knife holding unit (4) for holding the knife. The deburring tool (1) further includes a rod (3) which is smoothly inserted into the rod while moving in the axial direction relative to the handle (2); a knife guiding unit (5) which guides the knife holding unit (4) while moving in the axial direction relative to the rod (3) and integrally rotates in the rotation direction; a spring element (6) which applies a force in the direction of pushing the knife holding unit (4) to the workpiece relative to the rod (3); and an initial length adjusting unit (8) which adjusts the push force generated by the spring element by adjusting the initial length of the spring element (6). The deburring tool can adjust the push foce of the knife and perform deburring processing uniformly with high precision. |
