PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spreader composition and a disease-controlling agent, for which a food additive and a natural product are used, and to provide the spreader composition and the disease-controlling agent, which have high dispersibility and high spreadability without lowering an activity of an active ingredient and which are scarcely hardened.SOLUTION: It has been found that a composition which can disperse oily neem oil and has high stability and high spreadability is produced by using only a food additive and a natural product, that hardening temperature of a mixture including neem oil can be heightened, and that the composition can physically block a spiracle of an insect. The composition containing lecithin, lysolecithin, glycerin, an aliphatic acid, and a thickening agent is provided. The above mentioned composition further containing ethanol is provided. The disease-controlling agent containing the spreader composition and the active ingredient is provided. |
