PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MPLS device that de-packetizes user data which is packetized such that overflow will not occur at a buffer for absorbing jitters.SOLUTION: An MPLS device constitutes an MPLS network that transfers data transmitted by a client device, and the client device and the MPLS network are connected via a network employing a different communication mode from the MPLS network. The MPLS device that de-packetizes data includes a buffer unit that temporarily stores the data and a de-packetizing unit. The de-packetizing unit performs negative stuff control that increases data volume read out from the buffer unit when it is determined that data volume stored in the buffer unit is equal to or greater than a first threshold value than when it is determined that data volume stored in the buffer unit is less than the first threshold value. |
