PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high performance SmFeN bonded magnet having hot water resistance.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a bonded magnet including: a polymer alloy comprising polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) and polyamide 12 (PA12); and magnetic powder including at least SmFeN magnetic powder. In the bonded magnet, a superfine sea-island structure of PPS and PA12 is formed. By the present invention, there can be provided a high performance SmFeN bonded magnet having a maximum energy product BHmax exceeding 12 MGOe (=95 kJ/m) and hot water resistance equivalent to that of a bonded magnet comprising only PPS. |
