PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biomolecule analyzer in which a separation part is vertically arranged and which prevents a bad influence from being exerted on a contact portion of a transfer film with the separation part by bubbles generated from an electrode.SOLUTION: An anode (32) is arranged at a position at a constant distance from a discharge part (50a) of an electrophoresis gel chip (50) in a conveyance direction (X) of a transfer film (1).
