PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centralized management apparatus, a human body position detection system and an equipment control system capable of accurately identifying the position of a user without an increase in cost.SOLUTION: The equipment control system, the human body position detection system and the centralized management apparatus according to the present invention identify the position of a portable terminal carried by a user on the basis of information on the movement direction of the portable terminal obtained from the measurement values of an acceleration sensor and a geomagnetic sensor provided on the portable terminal, and a detection result of the presence/absence of a human body detected by a plurality of human detection sensors. |
