PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control model capable of efficiently controlling the coexistence of secondary systems.SOLUTION: A communication control device includes a circuit configured to generate a channel list recommended for a secondary use node which operates a secondary system among frequency channels allocated for a primary system, to notify the generated list to the secondary use node. The circuit determines the channel recommended for each secondary use node in such a manner that interference between secondary systems which are operated by the respective secondary use nodes does not exceed a predetermined level. |
