PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotation mechanism reducing replacement frequency of a component enhancing sealability, a rotation drive device, a transportation device and a manufacturing device.SOLUTION: A rotation mechanism includes a housing 2, a shaft 31, a bearing 4, a rotation part 32, an annular seal member 5, and an energization member 56. The annular seal member 5 seals a gap 55, and includes: a stationary part 52 contacting with a spacer 25 for seal fixation of the housing 2; a lip part 51 contacting with the radial outside surface of the rotation part 32; and an annular connection part 53 connecting the stationary part 52 and the lip part 51. The energization member energizes pressing force of the lip part onto the side of the rotation part 32. |
