Disclosed in the present invention are a TR-069 message processing method and apparatus; the method includes: the TR-069 message comes from Customer Premise Equipment (CPE); whether a failure occurs to the CPE is determined when the TR-069 message is an abnormal message; the TR-069 message is processed according to the determination result, thus solving the problem in prior art that when a failure or abnormity occurs to the CPE, a large number of invalid or abnormal messages are reported, occupying the network bandwidth, affecting normal message transmission, consuming processing resources of Auto Config Server (ACS), severely affecting the normal management operation performed by the ACS, and affecting the normal management of the entire network. Thereby, the bandwidth resource consumption is reduced, the bandwidth utilization rate is increased, the stable running of the ACS system is guaranteed, and the management stability and efficiency of the CPE network is improved. |
