FIELD: manufacturing technology.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to structural elements of press, namely to multicavity press-form design, and can be used for flash-free production of parts on basis of elastomers and plastics by transfer forming. Multicavity press-form comprises plates with separate inserts, with lower or upper mark parts, plates with plunger chambers and runner systems, along the perimeter of which cutting edges are made, and plates with pistons, mounted in a row. Plunger chambers with runner systems are made integral with lower or upper mark part in form of separate insert with possibility to move in vertical direction for cutting of formed material with cutting edges.EFFECT: technical result, achieved, when using this invention, is reliable cutting of formed material along press-form chambers' perimeter, which is especially desirable during production of reinforced products by transfer forming in multicavity press-form, connector of which in falls on reinforcement surface.1 cl, 1 dwg |
