PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus and an image forming program, with which a form image can be composed with an input image by using a new composition method.SOLUTION: An MFP, when receiving a plurality of form images while there are a plurality of input images, can compose the form images with the input images by using a plural form order composition method of composing each one of the form images with each one of the input images in order.
