PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cloth bonding device capable of precisely adjusting an interval between a nozzle and transfer means, and a method of controlling the cloth bonding device.SOLUTION: A cloth bonding device is equipped with: a nozzle; an upper roller; a lower roller; an air cylinder; an adjusting motor; and a sensor or the like. The nozzle discharges an adhesive from a discharge port. The upper roller and the lower roller sandwich cloth therebetween and transfer that. The air cylinder and the adjusting motor respectively move the nozzle. The sensor detects an original point of the adjusting motor. When obtaining an instruction for moving the nozzle by the air cylinder or the adjusting motor (S23:YES, S31:YES), CPU of the cloth bonding device executes original point detection processing (S25 and S32). In the original point detection processing, when the original point of the adjusting motor is detected by the sensor, the nozzle is moved to a position where an interval between the discharge port and the upper roller or the lower roller becomes a predetermined interval, by the adjusting motor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
