PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency report system using a transportable communication terminal.SOLUTION: An emergency report system includes: an emergency report reception processing unit that accepts an emergency report including positional information and user identification information obtained by a transportable communication terminal from the transportable communication terminal; a user information storage unit that stores user information; a communicator identification processing unit that identifies a communicator of an emergency report from the user information storage unit on the basis of the accepted user identification information; a person-in-charge notification processing unit that extracts and displays information on a user of the identified communicator from the user information storage unit; a position determination processing unit that determines and displays the positional information on the identified communicator on a map on the basis of the accepted positional information; and a make-a-call processing unit that makes a call to a transportable communication terminal of the identified communicator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
