Title: WIRE-BREAKAGE PREVENTING WIRE BARREL Abstract The present invention belongs to the field of production equipment, and particularly relates to a wire-breakage preventing wire barrel for winding or unwinding varnished wires. A wire-breakage preventing wire barrel, comprising a wire barrel body and an wire-breakage preventing device, characterized in that the wire-breakage preventing device is provided on the top or bottom of the wire barrel body and comprises a leading-out wire fixing portion; the leading-out wire fixing portion is arranged in a radial direction of the wire barrel body; one end of the leading-out wire fixing portion is fixed relative to the wire barrel body, while the other end thereof is a leading-out end and located on a radial outer side of the wire barrel body; a through hole for allowing a leading-out wire to pass through is formed at the leading-out end of the leading-out wire; and, the leading-out end can circumferentially rotate about the wire barrel body by taking a central hole of the wire barrel as a center. |
