Title: HIGH-EFFICIENCY RADIAL PIN-HOLE CHAMFERING DEVICE Abstract A high-efficiency radial pin-hole chamfering device, characterized in that an upper chamfering drill facing down and a lower chamfering drill facing up are provided on a base, and axes of the upper chamfering drill and the lower chamfering drill are on a same line; the upper chamfering drill is fixed on a front side of the base, and a support column is fixed on a rear side of the base; the upper chamfering drill is fixed at an upper end of the support column; the upper chamfering drill is equipped with a lifting mechanism and an operating handle for controlling the up and down movement of the upper chamfering drill; the upper chamfering drill is interlocked with an output shaft of an upper driving motor, and the lower chamfering drill is interlocked with an output shaft of a lower driving motor; and the lower driving motor is fixed on the base, and the upper driving motor is fixed on the front side of the upper end of the support column; the support column comprises an upper support column and a lower support column which is sleeved on an outer side of a lower end of the upper support column; the upper support column can move up and down with respect to the lower support column, under the effect of the lifting mechanism; a working platform is fixed on a front side of an upper end of the lower support column, and a motor fixing base is provided between the working platform and the base; the lower driving motor is located and fixed inside the motor fixing base, and the lower chamfering drill is located on the upper side of the working platform. 9~- |
