Title: MOVING REED FIXING STRUCTURE HAVING A RELIABLE FIXATION FUNCTION FOR A CLAPPER-TYPE RELAY Abstract A moving reed fixing structure having a reliable fixation function for a clapper-type relay is provided; the moving reed fixing structure includes a moving reed which is interlocked with an armature, and the moving reed and the armature are separately fixed on one of front end rear sides of an insulator; on a side of the insulator on which the moving reed is fixed, a plurality of positioning columns and a plurality of first riveting holes are formed; at an upper end of the moving reed, a plurality of first positioning holes fitted with the plurality of positioning columns and second riveting holes fitted with the first riveting holes are formed; the moving reed is limited between a stopper and the insulator, and on the stopper, third riveting holes fitted with the first riveting holes are formed; rivets pass through the third riveting holes, the second riveting holes and the first riveting holes for the purpose of riveting, in order to fix the insulator, the moving reed and the stopper together; on the stopper, second positioning holes fitted with the positioning columns are formed; and the insulator, the moving reed and the stopper are fitted with each other, and the positioning columns are caused to pass through the first positioning holes and the second positioning holes. 10 x |
