PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a touch screen panel-integrated display device and a driving method of the same, capable of preventing generation of parasitic capacitance that tends to reduce touch sensing accuracy.SOLUTION: A touch screen panel-integrated display device comprises; a panel having a plurality of data lines formed in a first direction, a plurality of gate lines formed in a second direction, and a plurality of formed electrodes grouped into a plurality of electrode groups; a touch integrated circuit which applies a touch drive signal to the whole or a part of the plurality of electrodes when a driving mode is a touch driving mode; a data drive unit which supplies data voltage to the plurality of data lines when the driving mode is a display driving mode; and a gate driver unit which sequentially supplies a scan signal to the plurality of gate lines while the driving mode is the display driving mode. The touch drive signal or a signal corresponding to the touch drive signal is applied to the whole or a part of the plurality of gate lines while the driving mode is the touch driving mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
