Provided are an organic light-emitting display panel and a preparation method therefor, and a display device, which can reduce the deviation of a key size of a pixel definition layer, and improves display uniformity. The organic light-emitting display panel comprises: a pixel definition layer (12), the pixel definition layer (12) being provided with a plurality of light-emitting material filling domains (121), and further comprises: a metal layer (13) provided above the pixel definition layer (12),the metal layer (13) being provided with openings (131) corresponding to the light-emitting material filling domains (121) on a one-to-one basis.
