The present invention relates to an underwater temperature collection device, and to an underwater temperature collection device for IP-packetizing using a microprocessor collected underwater temperature data to transmit the IP packets to the land through a Wi-Fi communication band. To this end, an underwater temperature collection device is disclosed which includes: a plurality of underwater temperature sensor units located at each depth in the water and for sensing underwater temperature according to each depth; a microprocessor unit for receiving, through serial communication, each piece of temperature data for each underwater depth from the sensor units and IP-packetizing the serial temperature data; and a radiative RF wireless antenna unit for receiving, through Ethernet communication with the microprocessor unit, IP-packetized temperature data and radiating the IP-packetized temperature data through the Wi-Fi band.
