[Problem] To carry out user-multiplexed transmission while inhibiting a reduction in system efficiency. [Solution] A wireless communication device according to one embodiment of the present invention is provided with: at least one antenna; a reception unit that is coupled to the antenna and receives a frame; a transmission unit that is coupled to the antenna and transmits a frame; a communication processing unit that is coupled to the reception unit and the transmission unit; a network processing unit that is coupled to the communication processing unit, transmits data to the communication processing unit, and receives data from another device; and memory that is coupled to the network processing unit and caches first data received from the other device. The communication processing unit carries out control so as to transmit, via the antenna, a first frame, which includes a first piece of information required for an uplink user-multiplexed transmission, without receiving a transmission request for the first piece of information. The first piece of information is based on the first data cached in the memory. |
