An objective of the present invention is to provide a license assessment system which has a feature of, by employing license propagation information at a level of automatic extraction of a dynamic link relation among binaries and of a function, assessing license propagation at the level of the automatic extraction of the dynamic link relation among binaries and of the function. Provided is a license propagation assessment system which assesses license propagation among software, comprising: a storage unit which stores a license propagation information database storing function licenses, software which includes binaries which are dynamically linked to binaries which call the functions, and relations among the software, and a priority database storing priorities among the licenses; and a license propagation determination unit which determines the license to be applied to the software on the basis of the license propagation information database and the priority database. |
