PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for providing an optimum health support program by calculating adaptability of a body action to the gravity (adaptation ability of a human to the gravity) for each exercise item and energy consumption therefor, in accordance with a condition adaptable to a user.SOLUTION: A nutrition program by an energy ingestion amount or an illustration, and an exercise program in an animation enabling the free selection of an action speed, are provided based on a health support type determined from an obesity index and a health degree.
