PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an increased traffic transmission time at relay communication.SOLUTION: An access point device 10 includes two or more communication interfaces, including a wired LAN unit 103, for transmitting received traffic through the wired LAN unit 103. The access point device 10 further includes: a buffer 104 for storing traffic received within a predetermined update period; a radio communication information storage unit 105 for acquiring a traffic amount and a transmission rate of the received traffic, to store them as communication information; and a wired transmission rate determination unit 106 for determining, based on the communication information, a transmission rate when transmitting through the wired LAN unit 103, within a range in which the sum of each transmission time of all traffic received within the update period is a predetermined threshold or smaller. |
