PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker that can perform not only cooking using a gridiron, but also cooking using a cooking utensil other than a gridiron, and achieve an excellently grilled cooked object by heating an object to be cooked without excess or deficiency whichever cooking utensil is used.SOLUTION: A cooker is configured so that a gridiron 15 composed of wire on which an object to be cooked is placed and a shallow dish-shaped grill plate 20 on which an object to be cooked is placed can be interchanged mutually and accommodated in a heating chamber 2. The surface of the gridiron 15 for placing an object to be cooked, and the surface of the grill plate 20 for placing an object to be cooked are set so that they are at roughly the same height when the gridiron and the grill plate are accommodated in the heating chamber 2 respectively. |
