PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal vibration element for reducing generation of a phenomenon in which a CI value is increased and also reducing occurrence of vibration leakage.SOLUTION: When two large surfaces having a larger plane area in comparison with the other surface are used as the main surfaces, a flat-shaped crystal plate 1 and excitation electrodes 3 provided on both main surfaces of this crystal plate are equipped in a crystal vibration element. The crystal plate is characterized in that a protrusion 2 is provided in a position where the excitation electrode on one main surface is provided or in a position where the excitation electrodes on both main surfaces are provided, and the plane center C2 of the excitation electrode is located by being deviated from the plane center C1 of the protrusion to the long side of a crystal piece within a range of 15 μm or less. |
