PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive electromagnetic driving device by suppressing a manufacturing cost of a slide ring low.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic driving device includes: an annular field core 21 having an exciting coil 31; a slide ring 2 made of a magnetic material and having a cylindrical portion 3 and a connecting portion 4; a plunger 11 supported by the cylindrical portion 3 so as to be freely movable; and a spring member for returning. In an inner peripheral portion of the field core 21, a magnetic pole 36 and an annular space S are formed. The plunger 11 comprises a supporting member 12 supported by the cylindrical portion 3, and made of a non-magnetic material, and a magnetic force application member 13 positioned on an outer peripheral portion and made of a magnetic material. The magnetic force application member 13 is disposed on a position opposed to the connecting portion 4 and the magnetic pole 36 at intervals, and closing an opening part of the annular space S. In a part opposed to the magnetic force application member 13, of the connecting portion 4 of the slide ring 2, a magnetism blocking portion 26 for reducing magnetic flux passing through the part is disposed. |
