PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air distribution system and an air distribution method, capable of easily suppressing adhesion of tar inside an air distribution device.SOLUTION: An air distribution system includes: an air distribution device including a blower having a rotating blade received inside a casing, and a gas suction port and a gas discharge port communicated with each other through the blower, discharging a gas sucked from the gas suction port by rotating the rotating blade of the blower from the gas discharge port, and transferring the gas from the gas suction port to the gas discharge port; a temperature sensor for measuring a temperature of a gas flowing between the gas suction port and the gas discharge port in the air distribution device; a heating means for heating the gas in the air distribution device; and a controller for controlling an operation of the heating means on the basis of an output from the temperature sensor and controlling the temperature of the gas in the air distribution device within a prescribed temperature range. |
